Our content management system (CMS) is simple, intuitive, and exceptionally robust. From a single control panel you can control virtually every aspect of your site’s content, including the management of all the additional elements/plugins as supplied by Elliott Design. The system seamlessly integrates with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn as well as many other online tools. Additionally, as our system is supported by thousands of developers world wide, it continues to evolve with web standards, trends, and market developments.
The easy to use interface allows for many methods of organization, so that you can house a robust stockpile of information including archived posts, media, drafts, and more. Additionally you have control over the system of navigation which links dynamically to your database, meaning you can evolve the site’s navigation as your clients require over time, making your site constantly more refined for the specific needs of the people you are serving.
BLOG SYSTEM
A complete blog system containing all the state of the art blog features for optimal performance. Additionally, due to the CMS’ functionality the blog-system is a great method for internal communication, knowledge bases, document archiving, etc.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
Our success is determined not only by your satisfaction, but by your overall experience every time you interact with your website. Therefore it is imperative that you get adequate training, and continued prompt support. To ensure this we not only include a lot of support time with all our sites, but the time does not expire. That means two years from now if you need us to come in and train a new person and you still have time left, we’ll be ready and waiting. Additionally, any fix that takes less than 10 minutes (which accounts for approximately 80% of all calls) do not count against your support time. Just consider it a value added service.
